Down to 0%/0%. From day one, this was doomed. Ridiculously high shear lies up there normally, so far less for a year like 2013. Waters are probably below 24°C, and there are always fronts up there. 0 ACE units from this, that's for sure! 2013 - the year of failing invests with a few occasional storms.
