Could she playing some tricks on the NHC who probably were't anticipating as they were anticipating a trek of WNW or NW

True, a couple of years ago during Mitch they anticipated a strike on Belize as a category 3-4 when Mitch was 5 at the time but mitch stalled of the Honduran coast and moved slowly southwards towards the coast.

They did not anticipated this scenario.
