New subtropical system near azores? (Is Invest 90L)

Other models show same system, but looking as good as WRF.

FSU phase diagrams indicate a transition from symmetric cold core to symmetric warm core, but water temps are near 20C (68F). Doesn't have a tropical appearance on satellite.

After all, it is still 2013, so I don't think this will form. We got tricked last week or the week before by 90L which was initially forecast to develop at least a little. However, it busted after reaching 20%. :P

90L was never forecast to develop

The chance of development was always below 50%. Therefore, no development was the forecast
