Local forcasts

#1 Postby seahawkjd » Fri Sep 12, 2003 12:16 pm

Just wondering what other's local forcasts from the weather channel or accuweather is for late next week. Here in wilmington they're calling for "rain and wind". Accuweather long range is calling for "heavy rain and strong winds" or something like that. Not used to them putting the storm into the actual forcast this far in advance and thought it was interesting.

Considering where you are located, putting wind and rain in your forecast is not a bad idea. I agree that it is odd for them to do that more than 5 days in advance of a hurricane, though.
