New here

#1 Postby Carolina_survivor » Fri Sep 12, 2003 1:10 pm

New to board, just saying hello. I'm a fan of all interesting weather, and a veteran of Hurricanes Bertha, Bonnie, Dennis, Fran, and Floyd in eastern North Carolina. Keeping my eyes on Isabel, and checking back often to see what you guys are thinking about where Isabel is headed. Glad to have found you. 8-)

Welcome to the board my friend. Keep an eye out for Isabel. When the NOAA info will go into the computer models tonight we can have a better idea of where she will go. Just keep your fingers crossed that you wont have to add Isabel to your list of hurricanes that you survived!

Welcome Carolina_survivor! This is a great board, very informative. I just recently discovered it, now i am an addict! Keep your eyes on Isabel, and keep us informed on what the local mets are saying.

I'm in the Northeast corner, about 30 miles north of Greenville, or about 80 miles as the crow flies west of Hatteras. If you're headed to the Outer Banks, you usually go through Williamston.

P.S. Have a niece at UNC-G.

Welcome Carolina Survivor. Hope you will not have to add Isabel to "Resume" Once again welcome and enjoy.
