Awsome Outflow

If it is true that a change in direction is proceeded by sheer to a storms outflow... i am not sure it is turning anytime soon!

Anyone that knows more about this please fill in gaps of info!

That eye is abnormally (as least to my limited experience) HUGE!?!?!?!

Can a pro met or someone with more experience tell me if this is really as unusual as it looks?
