Suggestion for a hurricane app

#1 Postby ocala » Wed Jul 02, 2014 7:15 pm

Just curious what app you guys use, if you even do, for tropical info?
Right now I just use a bunch of different links but was wondering if there is an app out there that has models, sat animation, invest data etc etc. You know, everything you would normally use but all in one place.
Thanks.

Thanks for the link but I should have said I use Android. That app looks like it has everything I want. :(
Anyways I guess I'll spend today just devoting a whole screen on my smart phone with links to what I want.
Can't believe there isn't a credible Android hurricane app out there.

This is one of the two I have on my iPad, and it is for both iOS and Android: http://www.redcross.org/mobile-apps/hurricane-app

Hope that helps!

Hurricane Tracker is the best one. Tracks invests in depth and has tons of maps and data from CIMSS. Best there is. http://www.hurrtracker.com The reviews in iTunes tell the story on this one.

This looks like what I am looking for but it's not available in Google Play. Even where it says "Android Devices" it still refers to Iphone/Ipad. :?:
Have to do some research on this one.
