The G-IV and an Air Force C130-J have been tasked for a synoptic
surveillance mission around Hurricane Isabel for nominal time 0000 UTC
15 September. The G-IV will depart at1730 UTC from St. Croix and recover 8 h later in St. Croix. The C130 will depart St. Croix and recover at Keesler 8.5 h later
