It's appearing more and more likely that Ocean City, Maryland will at least feel significant effects from Isabel. Since I have a dear cousin in that town, would I be remiss not to remind her that the time to prepare for this hurricane is now at hand?

I'm starting to get seriously worried for her...

she should have already begun to prepare, at least in terms of buying batteries, water, and canned goods. Those can be used even if the storm does not hit
