150kts at Sfc
To convert 150kts at FL 10,000 ft to the surface, multiply by .9 (90%). You get 135 kts or about 155 mph. But this first observation is just from one pass, there may be higher winds round the center.

150 kt fl winds
that would translate to over 135 knots at the surface. It's probably close to a cat 5 again. Even stronger than this morning
