Well looks like the eye is filling in and she has slowed somewhat.
Good news if she is in fact weakening.

It does indeed appear there is some major weakening going on as the trough generating thunderstorms off the mid-Atlantic coast provides shearing on the western side of the hurricane. Once that trough lifts out later today into tomorrow this shearing should abate and allow Isabel to try and regroup. Until then, however, don't be surprised to see more weakening the next 12-18 hours. She could easily be down to a cat 3 storm by tomorrow morning.
