I'll have to strongly disagree with the NHC this time and say this is likely still a depression, as they've been tracking something different than the circulation so far. We should be getting an ASCAT within the next few hours, in addition to being within range of Belize radar.

There's not enough good data to say that from what I can see. But no big deal. They brought it back from 10% to 100% so they can do bring it from dead to 100% as well if they need to.

Center is still there, and still appears to be closed, at about 15.7/85.8 as per Belize radar.

Like Hammy and possibly others, I thought the Gulf of Honduras was the entire area southwest of the line that stretches between Cancun (Mexico) to the easternmost point of Honduras (Cabo de Gracias a Dios). Live and learn.

I'm not so sure this thing is inland. This could be the remains of the MLC of course, hard to tell even with visible.

Yeah there may be something going on there still. Once we get more visible frames, we may have a better idea. It does appear it has time against it as it looks to be heading west towards Belize, unless it can slow down or move more north over open water.
