:uarrow: Yeah if only that were snow falling, could that band help snow fall later on by adding more moisture? btw Weatherbug says it's 33 degrees in Roanoke.

Radar looks nice from Big Spring to Tulsa, even west of Amarillo... But virtually every model, even hrrr/sref now say it's gonna die out before reaching dfw.

On another note it looks like southern OK is gonna get buried, good for them & that should put our red river counties in play too.

I have a very hard time believing this will just die, the models were trying to say this was only going to be in the Panhandle earlier.

With the initial cf surge, temps only dropped a couple degrees, temps have actually risen with the winter mix, alliance up to 35, Decatur/Bridgeport & Mineral Wells back up to 33..

But the main cold air advection is still on the way --> Graham has fallen off to 29, Bowie 30 Abilene & Wichita Falls at 26.

Hoping y'all see some snow up there in NTX later this evening and overnight. A great prelude to the upcoming TX Winter. I will up there in Roanoke for the Christmas Holidays.

We are currently sitting at 6th coldest November on record. By this time in a few days we will probably pass 2000 as 4th. Definitely feels like January. Then 1959 and 1976 are only a few tenths of a degree away. Of course we have to see how the last week/week and half ends up before final tally but it's certainly within reach.

Snowing lightly here in Denison. Has lightly dusted the deck in our backyard. My son made a mini-snowball, smacked me with it and said "First snowball of the season Dad!"

If only it was doing this in scenic SW Austin!

Looks like flakes are starting to fall in the DFW area. Hoping for a dusting here, we do have the advantage of nighttime but the ground is still warm. Been a child drizzly day.
