GREAT NEWS, THE TROUGH IS CONTINUING TO MOVE MORE EASTWARD THAN EXPECTED AND ISABEL IS MOVING MORE NORTHWARD THAN EXPECTED. COULD WE HAVE A FISH

The troph is coming, but the dome of high pressure to the right of Izzy will keep her from escaping out to sea.

Nope, no fish. Ridge east of Isabel is too strong. And front/trof is on schedule.

Well I guess the only thing we can hope it that she weakens & is not very strong when she hits.. Even though I have a bad feeling that is not going to happen!

Whatever happened to the dissipation of this trough. It was mentioned on The Weather Channel today and I have been witnessing it slowly down, as well. It is showing true signs of falling apart.

The only other possible way she could be a fish (since the ridge won't let her out to sea) would be if for some strange reason she stalled (or slowed to a crawl), sat there for an extra day or two, weakened as she sat there (doubtful), and then something came along to increase shear along with many other forces that could rip her apart til she was no more, while still being over water and never making landfall.
