I think it says Isabel is S and E of Hatteras on the 18th

If anyone sees this map in detail different please post on it...
The last 5 runs of the Ecmwf have been consistent HOOK left across
extreme NC then into the lower bay and eastern VA except for the Sunday run with the Missing data as stated by TPC
