Slower speed=more influence from high AND more time to re-strenghten?? Opinions, comments, and especially forecasts/analysis are GREATLY WELCOMED!!

Seriously, I'll reluctantly go with Morehead City, NC to Cape Henry, VA.

This is one of the factors that makes tropical cyclone forecasting interesting... slow downs and/or stalls with the steering current changing, at times "beating the most recent forecast track."

Sticking with Morehead to the Cape Henry..models have been pretty right on and not about to argue with them now....

P.S. Been here what a couple of months now? And just now getting that tropical low status LOLOL shows what a lurker I am *snickers*

Between Beaufort/ Cape Lookout and Cape Hatteras with sustained winds of 125-135 mph (borderline cat 3/4).

Anyone wanna post a money shot?? Tonight, I'd say Ocracoke Inlet.. that area.. winds near 125mph

Why do you ask? Why should I post my forecast?

It is something I never really liked going out on a limb on for some reason (especially this far ahead) Doesn't matter that I have loved meteorology for all these years.
