35 sideways rain and north wind at 25 mph. I may be new to Texas but I do believe the arctic front is really here now. :cold:

The roads have all kinds of ponding and runoff on them...

You are questioning the Euro .or is just an "this is interesting"....

Yes, both.

Pretty heavy sleet at that. Roads definitely are starting to get a little slick. Should be pretty bad later if this continues.

WFAA(Ch 8 in DFW) has their MyOwnRadar which shows wintry precip. You would need to click the "Winterize" button. Also, it appears Pete Delkus is doing a live web chat session right now.

Wichita Falls is reporting 4 miles visibility in light snow.

12Z GFS 2m raw temperature forecast for my area (Hobby Airport) had a high of 71. It hit 81 at 1pm. Perhaps the same error will continue tomorrow and the low will only get down into the 40s? I can dream...

36.3 degrees with a dew point of 33.4 in University Park... At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised to drop below freezing by 4pm or shortly thereafter...

I'm starting to see some reality playing out on the radar maps on what was once seen on computer models. Snow in the north, freezing precip in the middle, and rain in the south coming down from north Texas.

That's not Memphis. Memphis is reporting 37F and moderate rain. He must be up on some mountain somewhere.
