Now that's a strange low..

3/16 miami
Looking at the
models, it appears that the low develops each day for the next
few days, so it is more likely a thermal low forming over the
interior. This could lead to increased cloudiness during the
afternoon, with little to no precipitation. The models support
this through Wednesday morning.
By Wednesday afternoon, an upper level ridge at 500mb breaks down
and a more defined low develops over South Florida. This low will
generally just affect the wind directions at the surface. This low
meanders around the area through Thursday night, when it is picked
up by a 500mb shortwave. This will bring a slight chance of
showers to the northeastern portion of the County Warning Area.
This low slowly moves off to the northeast and deepens. As it
does it will then interact with a more significant 500mb trough
and form a cold front which moves into the area over the weekend.
This low will bring increasing chances of showers beginning late
Sunday afternoon or Saturday evening through the beginning of the
week.
