Latest recon shows 956 mb pressure down 3 mb and 115 mph

It's interesting that they report 111 kts flight level winds but only 65 kts estimated surface observed.

111 kts in the NE quad BARELY supports CAT 3 or just barely. 90% reduction would equate to 99 kts-100 kts. Maybe not on the 8 pm advisory but since RECON should be out there more often ... see what happens on the 11 pm advisory.

SF waiting to see if the pressure falls start a trend
