CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP
TO 275 MILES.

I know this would be bad because it would speed up landfall time.. But I wish she'd accelerate.. even if it were just a little bit. The fact that she's just creeping along is making me worry that she'll explode right before she makes landfall...

Maybe they wanted recon to comfirm before bumping her back up to Cat 3? Got me... :roll:

It pretty normal for the winds to lag behind the pressure drop but hours. I agree with the waiting for recon confirmation. :-0

I think strong cat 2 at 11 PM after the last message where pressure was up to 957 mbs.
