Got down to 48°F, here, last night -
I raised the window over my bed.....hmmmm...
that may explain the sore throat, today,
but, awwww...I LOVE it! Weekend forecasts
call for mid-to-upper 70°'s for highs. I
can't wait!
It has been said that colder temperatures kill germs.

*grins* cold does kill germs- but cold weather bring people indoors and in closer contact with eachother- which spreads the incidence of colds despite the rapid death of germs
I can't even imagine snow right now- but I live in Houston *Laughs* My husband and I are considering a trip back to Park City UT this winter- we went summer of 02 and adored it... and I've never seen snow on the ground aside form a snow bank (melting slowly) in the mountains in the summer.

Take a quick trip up here in January, you'll see enough snow to last you another 10 years!
