Brit Hume showed it in his daily clip at the end of his show (Special Report with Brit Hume) if you get a chance to catch it when it reruns late tonight. Shep also showed it The Fox Report so I'm sure they'll replay it at other times as well. Pretty dern funny!!

Fox News Reporter Loses Pants in High Winds
Fox News reporter Jeff Goldblatt was struggling to stand in Isabel's high winds when his pants started falling down.......LOL!!!!

Hmmm..Seems like many unexperienced people ventured out to far for this one..maybe a sign of complacency...good thing it didn't bomb before landfall..there were alot of gawkers in the video today..
Kinda funny at the moment but in retro..loosing control or not being fully aware is how you die.
TWC starts putting more live people on the coast and then the other TV stations do the same..sounds kinda stupid to me..

I've been thinking the same thing since early this morning when Al Roker was on the beach. Whatever were they thinking? Although it's great to get such up to the minute coverage, I can't believe that so many reporters were allowed in the areas we saw them. It's fortunate that no one was seriously hurt-and yes, I've been laughing ever since I saw the clip of Brian and Mike. They were darned lucky it wasn't more serious, though. Lynn

It was very concerning to watch on the evening news. One female reporter on the Outer Banks was nearly blown off a balcony; and I just cringed watching some clueless reporter wading in waist high surf.
Don't those idiots realize how dangerous storm surge is, and how fast it can rise. One of these days, we're going to witness a tragedy live on the air....it's just a matter of time

Y'all know what caused all this don't you? Remember the war in Iraq, with all the embedded reporters? I would venture to say that with all the reporters putting their lifes on the line in combat, why not put yourself in harms way in a hurricane? Pretty stupid if you ask me, it's called *The Rating Game*........look at the all the *reality shows* now, seems everyone has an appetite for live, up close, dangerous situations.

Dennis is right... it is ratings. Who will get the closest to the worst part of the storm. I felt so sorry for Jean Meserve from CNN. She was in VA Beach and yesterday afternoon she was holding on with both hands to the railing while some guy was holding on and holding the mic for her. I think I would have asked to cover the storm from Myrtle Beach.
