Good. Let Isabel continue to weaken and spead on out of the picture so the folks up north can get their lives back in order.

Yes weaken and move rapidly to not be a problem in terms of flooding.

She may become extra tropical a little quicker than anticipated.. I made a comment earlier about slower than normal weakening.. Now.. I'm not so sure...
