What consequences would have developed if Isabel was slow?

Weakening before landfall.

If Isabel had slowed down before landfall thus giving her more time over the Atlantic what could have happened?

I voted intensification before landfall, also she would have caused even more flooding damage comparable to Floyd.

Just a couple more inches of rain would have made the flash flooding much worse in my location. I have a stream near my house, it had about 1 inch of water before the storm, afterwards it was touching the bottom of the bridge, 6 feet higher (Incidentally, this is the point where we started with Hurricane Floyd, which is why we had such bad regular floods, in addition to flash floods.)
