It's always fun snooping around at the NHC ftp server. I found Isabel storm surge graphics for Hatteras and Chesapeake Bay.

The animations are quite large - 20 MB or more, but well worth it. I suggest just using an ftp program to connect to their server and download the files for later viewing. I use CuteFTP Pro for that.
