It's Invest 93L now. Should start a new thread on it. Development chances in the Gulf are very low, as it should be merging with the cold front by Monday.

I'll look later to see if they make one. NAM seems to indicate a split of energy with a lot of it riding up to almost the mouth of the river (some obviously gets absorbed into the flow) before heading off toward the Panhandle. But it looks like some of the energy gets suppressed south and either than becomes a secondary frontal low or possibly gets pushed back farther south. This doesn't appear to be any kind of big deal beyond possibly a couple of inches of additional rain for someone, but it's pretty odd for November. I do remember Kate 1985 which was crazy and also in November.

Edit to say that it's also interesting (on the heels of Patricia Remnants, a different source region) that lows playing around in the Gulf this winter with an active Southern Jetstream compliments of El Nino could have interesting consequences.
