Quite possible. THese systems never really develop well under troughs that are digging in. But we'll see. Mets in Tampa are calling for development and some effect from it by THursday. Gonna be rainy!

TBW take this AM

...BECOMING WETTER THROUGH THE WEEK...

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA TUESDAY...THEN
BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. THIS DISTURBANCE
WILL FOCUS DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE ACROSS THE PENINSULA...INCREASING
THE THREAT FOR WIDESPREAD SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY...
ESPECIALLY WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
