According to twitter the tornado was 10 miles west of Miami Texas. Hopefully the tornado didn't hit a populated area.

Update from jeff:
Damaging tornado outbreak underway over W TX and the panhandle.
Multiple supercells have and continue to produce long tracked violent tornadoes across a large section of W TX. Tornadoes within the last hour have been reported up to 1 mile wide near Pampa, TX producing extensive damage.
Strong forcing aloft is overspreading heated air mass over W TX with numerous supercell storms having developed in the last few hours. Storms have quickly gone tornadic with impressive wind shear in place. Shear will only increase over the next few hours as storms move eastward toward the Midland/San Angelo/Wichita Falls areas. Eventually should see the supercells grow into a squall line with a damaging wind threat progressing toward I-35 by daybreak.
Slightly slower frontal timing now expected on Tuesday which may allow modest surface heating in the morning. Wind profiles are screaming low level rotation and expect any cells that develop ahead of the main line to likely become tornadic. Storms this evening are racing NE at 40-50mph resulting in extremely short lead warning times. Storm motions will remain very fast on Tuesday on the average of 35-45mph.
Low level jet was sampled on the PM CRP sounding and is roaring across the coastal bend into SE TX at 40-50kts. Some of this wind energy will be transported to the surface in even showers…so the damaging wind threat is certainly increasing from late this evening onward into Tuesday.
Tornado Watches will be required eastward as the night progresses.

Just from the damage reports, and images I'm guessing it was probably a high end EF3 maybe EF4 (pampa)
