Shaun Rabb just reported Plantation RV park (Sunnyvale-Garland) that many (60 or so) mobile homes/vehicles were destroyed, some blown into Lake Ray Hubbard. Officials declaring disaster area (fire marshall)

I pray that we don't find cars that were pushed off those bridges of those two major highways into the Lake in the coming days.

With the HRRR spitting out pre-frontal cells in a similar environment to today, I wouldn't be surprised if we see more tornadoes tomorrow, this time in southeast Texas.

My heart goes out to everyone affected. Hope you all are safe. Unreal storms that went through there. The comparison to 2006 map from earlier really had me worried. Those N of I-10 east of San Antonio tomorrow need to be on guard.

Less of a tornado threat with it though right? How is this line even forming though? Its occurring near 35F surface temps. Upper levels have that much lift high up?

Well up here in Tulsa we have had non-stop heavy rain for about the last 8 hours and now with a strong north wind, my roof is leaking and literally no way to stop it... No tornado but damage nonetheless... Wish this had been snow instead!

DFW as of midnight has surpassed 60" of rain for the year. The first time ever past 60". By the end of the weekend we may be 10" more than 1991 the previous wettest year.

Out west Lubbock is just getting hammered right now with heavy snow/thundersnow and 35-45mph winds 12-20" likely there. Maybe we'll get some images of that 5-10 feet snowdrifts up against houses near the roofs.

Looking at snowfall records, their all time storm record is 16.9 inches in January of 1983 (the super nino of 82-83)
