ALONG THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN PERIPHERIES. THE UPPER-LEVEL
ENVIRONMENT SHOWS FAIR CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT WITH RESPECTABLE
DIVERGENCE, SUPPORTED BY A POINT SOURCE, BEING OFFSET BY MODERATE TO
