5:30 PM EDT Tropical weather outlook

For the north Atlantic...Caribbean sea and the Gulf of Mexico...

An area of disturbed weather located some 400 miles south of Bermuda has changed little today.There is no evidence of a closed circulation ... and development if any will be slow to occur as it moves northwest to north.

In other words still waiting for Juan to show up but when and where will it form is the question.
