That was definitely the place to look today. Bay/Walton/Okaloosa Counties look to get a few inches of rain today for sure.

I've had 3.5 inches since Sunday night in the Deer Point Lake area of Bay County. According to this morning's AFD from the Tallahassee NWS they are backing off the rain totals for this area due some drying in the atmosphere. It doesn't appear as though the rainfall is going to be as substantial as originally thought.

Closer to the coast I think we will see the higher rainfall amounts. I am in the cove much closer to the coast then you are in deerpoint.
Why isn't this an invest? Seems like it should be. I'm awaiting the deluge in Biloxi.
