91W INVEST 160820 1200 15.0N 130.0E WPAC 15 NA
91W has some pretty obvious cyclonic turning and its rainbands is now affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas Islands.
This disturbance has some support from GFS and CMC but keeps it weak, and both numerical models are showing this system to track ummm.... north again.
It's currently in a relatively favorable shear area.
JMA: LOW PRESSURE AREA 1000 HPA NEAR 15N 130E ENE SLOWLY.
