On water vapor loop, I am zooming into the wave I am seeing some nice rotation. Please look and comment.

I think the area is not so unfavorable as predicted. Juan may develop here.

You need to look at visible imagery for a better look at that wave. The conditions aren't that unfavorable for development, though, not especially favorable, either. There is a bit of drier air out ahead of the invest.

98L does have a notable spin to it along the tropical wave but no evidence of an LLCC right now. Tropical Atlantic Breaktime may be just about coming to a close.
