217 pages of discussion and still no name.
We all thought this was going to be Hermine to begin with.
Just call it Hermine OK?

Hermine just sounds like bad grammar to begin with.

It should be She's mine not Her mine.

Lol. Our then esteemed mayor in analog 1998 referred to Georges as George-es because that's what the street was calling it. He had it right zhorge +/- the first few days. This is Hemine aka Ear-mean where there is a slight roll from the H to the R making it a roughly 2 1/2 syllable word.

MLC still seems to be to the east of the LLC just coming out of Cuba.

LOL, would've been so much better if you had inserted a triangular "eye" such as associated with the Illuminati!! OMG, that might've been enough to send some running for the hills :hehe:

Based on radar alone this might be a 50mph+ tropical storm when recon gets there

Lets all hope we dont see some significant NW or Northward motion! At least W. Cuba is minimally deflecting perhaps a small degree of southerly inflow (not that the poor people down there have any interest in an additional 4-6" of rain).

Looks less bad than it did but it still looks really sloppy although I wouldn't be surprised if it's upgraded to a 40mph storm. 50mph at this point would surprise me.

long range radar showing pretty decent curved band on south and east side. looking pretty far up but definitely becoming better organized with the reduced shear and better inflow.

I'm basing it on that curved band, could be wrong though

interesting the NAM continue to slow the progression of the trough and how far south it gets allowing for the system to stay over water nearly a entire day longer than the 12z and 18z yesterday.

Yep, "this" may actually be the day/night of long hours of satellite watching LOL. Aric, got your tub of popcorn by your side (i've got mine lol). It would seem that what doesnt occur during this time frame, would be less apt to occur thereafter.
