Just a side note while the forum is getting quiet.

If we thought 99L was "fun", I would not be surprised if 92L gives it a run for it's money. Who is ready to do this all over again?

Shear and dry air are probably inhibiting TD9. To the point where the obvious good ventilation isn't effective.

After all that hoopla of a possible cat 5 landfall, it looks possible it might not even make TS stratus. We'll have to wait for "Hermine"

If the center really has been sinking southwest this whole time, it is no wonder the outflow has improved so much.

They can't get there fast enough

So this is the same group that did recon the other night and they actually left at the scheduled 2AM. It does make me curious why they were deployed earlier than 2AM tonight. They have to know something is up too

This will most likely be Hermine eventually. I do not see what can stop it from becoming a TS.

Hi Everyone. I've been watching this wave for 10 days. I have realized rather quickly that there are very smart people in this forum. Thanks for allowing me in. The reason I wanted to be involved, is because where i live, and more importantly give my opinions from a amateurish point of view, compared to recent posters.

Something will need to change tomorrow or Wednesday to get this thing moving. I'm sure not seeing it right now.

there were no winds even close to being out the southeast on the last mission and this storm has not been moving much at all.
