It's a good thing this storm is quickly running out of open water because it could be a real monster with another 24 hours in these conditions. Also good that the current track keeps the center onshore as it moves up the east coast.

Dixie County would require almost ENE at this point. I think more realistic is Alligator Point to mouth of Aucilla River.

That's a nasty squall coming thorough the west coast right now, buoy just west of Venice recording wind gusts to 55 mph.

Driving rain here on IRB. Wind really picked up. Ambulance screaming by. Not sure what the winds are? So far underperdormi ng on winds. Weird thunder and lightning. Not expecting that.

This makes me remember when the Weather Channel used to play the epic song, "Eye on the Storm". It was their storm alert theme for 2005 and 2008. And looking outside now, there's another band coming in.

Torrential rain.. I'd say a gust of 45/50mph here in Largo just knocked out my power.. Just put a pizza in the oven darnit

Largo here close to Irb. That was out,of control
