90L is crawling at 4 kts so is a slow mover but will it be picked by the front? And TD#16 is moving NNW now at 18.0n the starting position by the models a fish spinner written all over.

i say it probably just sit down there for a while, and wait for the trough to come and leave, then it start to move and get in the central gulf, but that most likely would not happen.

16 may actually stall later in the period but it will be so far NE nobody will probably notice.
