Isabel 18 hr landfall loop

#1 Postby Scott_inVA » Fri Sep 26, 2003 11:18 pm

Finally got around to doing a quick RADAR loop of Izzy coming into Mid-Atlantic.

18 hours begins at 9/18 1500Z. I've saved the images and am in the process of overlaying concurrent hourly SFC OBS to see what can be learned from the local flooding here. Also saved most of the RUCs for m/u level data and hope to see if any signals were there before the flooding began. Don't know if anything will be gleaned but an interesting project.

If you'd like the loop...
