Well after waiting for days to form into a tropical storm we have Kate now so Josephine the debate of the names is over.Scroll down the link after 90L and Juan and you will see the information about tropical storm Kate.

Weather- I am NOT a girl... if you look down by my signature.. I have my name "John" on there..

Josephine of 1996 was my favorite storm.. I have some great memories from it..

Sorry if that sounded a little testy.. I didn't mean for it to come out that way lol..
