Monitor expands the severe zone to areas of southern PR.The rest stays the same as last week.

Latest update of 7/23/15 has expanded the extreme drought to parts of southern PR.

Good news for Puerto Rico as the extreme drought area was trimmed down bigtime although it remains in a portion of southern PR.Also the other categories were trimmed.
