That would time up with an increase in the LLJ

Yes DFW is a hail free zone just say no lol

LCLs are still high across the area but the 20z FWD sounding showed the LFC about the same level.

Just getting started now, cells out west are still beyond the CASA radar network.

So I'm watching the weather down in Texas right? Well I get an alert that there is a tornado warning nearby(within 50 miles of me). But wait a minute. I didn't set up my house in Texas for this program. Sure enough there is a tornado warned storm in Ohio while our radar is down and I have no way of knowing if there is any northward movement to the storm(if there is it will head straight for me).

That cell might actually produce. LCLs still appear to be on the high side across OK and TX.

I'm not sure if there's ever been a time where there is a tornadic storm while the radar is down in DFW, but there's definitely a different feeling when it happens. It feels way more tense.

Was there a tornado warning on that storm in Dallas?

TheProfessor is talking about a storm in Columbus Ohio, not in Texas. Most storms are just west/northwest and southwest of DFW.
The cell nearing Denton is probably dropping some big hail
