The problem I have asking for an LLC not to be "broad" or "elongated" is that it is simply too subjective and open to interpretation, so I feel just asking for a merely closed LLC is more clear cut and less open to interpretation, and is more similar to classification standards in other basins. But to be fair, I don't think the NHC would have declared this a TC if this was in the ATL, but the ATL doesn't have too many invests that looks like this one period.
