It looked like the GFS-Para was going to follow the GFS some, but the major difference is that the GFS-Para is traveling lower. It ends up clipping South America, and it seems to kill the storm.

A tropical wave is along the coast of W Africa with axis extending
from 15N15W to 06N16W, moving W at 15 kt. Abundant moisture
prevails within this wave, as noted in TPW imagery. Scattered
moderate to strong convection is mostly W of the wave axis from
10N-16N between 15W-21W.

The 00z GFS early on seems to be strengthing this quicker. 1009 mb closed low at 66, in the middle of the MDR. Interested to see where this leads.

Waiting on the GFS to come to its senses although it's trending stronger this run.

Evening nice to know someone is watching it, I know the runs earlier today were less aggressive and some feel develpment possibilities have gone down. But I think when it gets close to the Islands we will start to see it get it's act together.
