I have no doubt what they'll find - TS-force winds are a certainty. But it's what they will DO that I have no idea. It's still attached to the front, so will they call it a TS or STS, or will they do nothing? Not too much has changed since yesterday, and they found 35kt+ winds in there yesterday.
From here on out, it's all politics. I'm sure the major oil companies in the NW Gulf lease areas are clammoring for the NHC to name it so they can initiate evacuations and be able to claim the cost on their insurance.
