WRKH, and question..
ONE..what is OCM?
TWO..WRKH..newbie trying to sort out all the conflicting information. Please dont take this as a slight, i am just trying to weigh conflicting opinions from a dozen sides, and trying to use some measuring rods as a help. Could you kindly tell me if you have a met degree? Some do, some dont, and it is all that I can find to go by, lacking a record of forcasting success. Again, not meant as a slight, just me grasping for something to go by.
