9:43a - Colorado River at La Grange now forecast to crest around 54 feet. This is the highest level since 1935.

Meyer land has at least 50 families they are just starting to try to rescue.

Sienna Plantations needs to evacuate mandatory.

So the NHC expects Harvey to be over water for 2 days before it makes another landfall. Yeah I know the waters are not as warm and all but 2 days is a long
time to get reorganized a bit. IMO

Harvey redeveloping rain bands around the center and giving us a pretty good serving right now. My gauge says 2 inches per hour.

yep, looking really decent especially on the northern half of the center... not good at all...

That's what I think too. I wouldn't be surprised if it bumps up at least another 15mph over water in that time..

its definitely appears on radar its trying to make some sort of a come back even though it still half over land.. once it fully moves offshore we will know what its capable of doing.
