**Sneaking into the bar early** let’s see what I can find in the kitchen……
Humm, Chicken breasts, that’ll work! Where’s the flour? Yes! Found it.
Now all I need is………

Chicken Things and Onion Rings

2 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
1 very large Vidalia onion.
Flour
2-12 Oz bottles dark beer
Salt & pepper to taste
….and ½ cup sugar!

Mix beer and dry ingredients into a thick batter. Let stand at room temperature for at least an hour. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and slice onions to desired thickness. Deep fry until golden brown. Feeds 4 easily.

**setting the oven for 175**now I’m going to leave these in the oven on paper towel lined cookie sheets until someone smell it! Dig in!

hey guys, never posted here before (in this section). u guys r to funny. yes i love margaritas and jimmy buffet. has any body ever heard his song called a_ _ hole song, its great. well i hope all will have a great evening and i will pop in when i get a chance. this place brighten my nite. :fadein:

I ate breakfast around 10:30am, and,
proceeded to go on a wild house-cleaning
bout....I realized, then, it was time to
get ready and go to that class, so, I didn't
eat until I started home, around 7pm!
I was starved! Thanks to KFC and
honey-barbecue boneless chicken, I think
I'll LIVE, now! :ggreen:
