This appears to be the gust that knocked out a bunch of news TV and Periscope streams in San Juan, at least temporarily

Just before one channel in San Juan was knocked out, I saw winds going in all sorts of different directions and roof debris crashing down.
Likely a Meso-Vort hit them.
On Vis, it looks like one was near the San Juan area.

Yeah even if it is mostly a view of a dumpster lol, it is absolutely unreal. It's almost too bad that dumpster is lodged against the side of the ramp, it was something to watch those winds push it into its current position.
What would you guys say these wind gusts are??
