Flakes getting bigger here. I'm definitely glad at least this is happening instead of nothing. Makes it much more worth it to see and a sight I've been longing for!

Aubrey Police

Good Icy Morning Aubrey and Providence Village. Please use CAUTION when driving this morning. We are receiving reports that the bridges and overpasses are dangerous and there are multiple accidents being worked at this moment on the Hwy 380 bridges in the Paloma Creek area. Avoid this area if possible.

Getting a steady freezing drizzle, things are getting a film that isn't on the ground. With temps falling down near and below 30, conditions looks to get worse as the day goes. 20s is when you start to see black ice on roads if it is persistent enough

All raised surfaces around here are covered in a glaze of ice and there are snow grains falling. It looks like areas to our north have picked up a dusting, so holding out hope for more than just freezing drizzle.

Same in Irving. A thin sheet of ice has covered all the cars. No snow though, a flurry would be nice to see.

Bridges are becoming really slick out in Ft Worth, several accidents. Take caution if venturing out

Wreck on Preston at Keller Springs. Light pole taken out. That escalated quickly.

Pick-ups and ice don't mix.
